Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all tour bookings made via the website of Adventure Tour Togo or by email. By booking a tour, the customer accepts the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Conclusion of Contract
A booking becomes binding once it has been confirmed by us in writing (e.g., by email). With the confirmation, a contract is established between the traveler and Adventure Tour Togo. Bookings can be made via our online form or by email.

2. Services
The scope of services booked is based on the specific tour description on our website or in a personalized offer. We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary due to weather, road conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, as long as the overall character of the tour remains unchanged.

3. Payment
Payment is generally made in advance via bank transfer or an agreed-upon online payment system. The exact payment terms will be provided upon booking. Unless otherwise agreed, full payment must be received no later than 14 days before the tour begins.

4. Cancellation by the Customer
A cancellation can be made at any time and should be submitted in writing. In the event of a cancellation, cancellation fees may apply depending on the time of notice:

• Up to 7 days before the tour: free of charge

• 3 days before the tour: 50% of the tour price

• Less than 3 days before the tour or no-show: 100% of the tour price

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

5. Cancellation by the Organizer
Adventure Tour Togo reserves the right to cancel a tour if special circumstances (e.g., natural events, political instability, illness of the tour guide) make this necessary. In such a case, any amount already paid will be fully refunded. No further claims can be made.

6. Liability
Participation in our tours is at your own risk. We are liable under legal regulations only for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence. We do not accept liability for health risks or personal belongings.

7. Data Protection
Personal data transmitted during the booking process is treated confidentially and in accordance with our privacy policy. Data is only shared with third parties when necessary for the execution of the booked services.

8. Final Provisions
If any provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The law of the Republic of Togo applies, unless mandatory legal provisions state otherwise.
