Agbogbozan – The Largest Traditional Festival of the Ewe People in Notsé

Join us for one of the most significant cultural events in West Africa:Agbogbozan – the grand festival of the Ewe communities, celebrated each year in the historic city of Notsé, Togo.

Ewe people from across Togo, Ghana, and Benin gather here to celebrate their shared history, unity, and cultural identity.The festival commemorates the mythical escape of the Ewe from the ancient kingdom of Notsé through the legendary Agbogbo Wall – a powerful symbol of resistance and freedom.

Agbogbozan is a vibrant and spiritual experience filled with:
